Position Purpose:

You will have the opportunity of communicating with a diverse group of employees and demonstrate leadership. Coach, develop, and manage your own team.

Position Includes:

  • Establish Team objectives
  • Monitor calls and provide advice and coaching
  • Create professional development plans for each associate
  • Utilize the Company’s recognition and reward program to motivate associates
  • Manage to Client’s Statement of Work
  • Problem solve difficult customer situationsØ Facilitate associate meetings
  • Review associate’s time records
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications: (P)=Preferred (R)=Required

  • (P) Associates Degree
  • (R) Two years Call Center experience
  • (R) One year supervisory experience
  • (R)Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for providing effective feedback
  • (R) Strong communication skills
  • (R) Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • (R) Flexibility in working hours
