- Establish Team objectives
- Monitor calls and provide advice and coaching
- Create professional development plans for each associate
- Utilize the Company’s recognition and reward program to motivate associates
- Manage to Client’s Statement of Work
- Problem solve difficult customer situationsØ Facilitate associate meetings
- Review associate’s time records
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications: (P)=Preferred (R)=Required
- (P) Associates Degree
- (R) Two years Call Center experience
- (R) One year supervisory experience
- (R)Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for providing effective feedback
- (R) Strong communication skills
- (R) Ability to analyze and problem solve
- (R) Flexibility in working hours
